• Initial consultation to discuss requirements.
• Preparation of estimate from working drawings. We provide fully detailed, professional estimates.
• Meeting to discuss estimate and any alterations and make amendments, if necessary.
• On acceptance of estimate, contracts signed and schedules agreed as per FMB Contract (Small Building Works) or the Joint Contract Tribunal Minor Building Works contract.
• Deposit paid once contract signed.  Commencement date agreed, along with appropriate schedules.
• Interim payments made on satisfactory completion of each stage.
• Completion certificate and defect guarantees issued at the final stage of the project.
